Arrest Warrants
Arrest Warrants are normally issued when a defendant fails to appear for a Court hearing on Criminal or Summary charges, an Arrest Warrant may also be issued when a defendant fails to respond to a Citation or comply with an order of the Court.
If you have received notice or believe a Warrant has been issued for your arrest, it is in your best interest to contact this office to resolve the matter, failure to respond will ultimately result in your arrest.
